RATP is the company which is in charge of public transports in Paris. For our UX lesson we worked on an app for an easy commute and limit busy hours.
Before we started to work on the app, we decided to do a rebranding. RATP is facing major image problems due to strikes, security problems and traffic issues. The rebranding was based on old logos and colours from RATP.
The second part of the project was to invent an app for the brand we had chosen. We decided to solve some problems that users of the service report to us. How to create a better experience for everyone ? How to use users knowledge and data to create a smoother experience.
